Squads and Club

Midland and National Squad
The most senior squad, taking our eldest and strongest swimmers to achieving their regional and national times, as well as leading the Club at galas through Captain and Vice Captain roles.
Andrew Eales (Head Coach)
County Squad
This squad looks to develop aspiring athletes towards acheiving regional qualifying times, and developing further the individual strengths and strokes of each swimmer

Sarah Hands (Assistant Coach)
County Development
This squad looks to develop young, aspiring athletes towards acheiving County level qualifying times, and developing each swimmer towards their individual strengths

Tom Vince and Lynden Holtom-Stott
Skill Development
The first of four squads, focussed on developing stroke technique ready for the competition environment, both individually and as a team
Chris Nash
Club Junior, Junior Development, Intermediate & Senior
The Club pathway reflects the above 4 squads but with less focus on competing and acheiving County, Regional and National times, allowing swimmers to stay with the club after Young Olympians.

Helen Field, Lynden Holtom-Stott and Jade Broughton
Young Olympians
Split into 6 levels, this is our learn to swim scheme which takes non-swimmers and gives them essential life and fitness skills, and prepares them for the squad or club pathways,

John Ridgway (Young Olympians Co-ordinator)
